Management Consultants de Guatemala (MCG) an operations and supply chain company, based in Guatemala, which operates internationally and specialises in the analytical and technological integration of "END TO END" extraction, processing, mathematical modelling and visualisation of process data in real time, with the objective to create an analytical, cloud based platform to track and predict the dynamical behaviour of key enterprise processes, impacting the levels of productivity, efficiency in the use of resources, through-put, lead times and OEE (in production systems).
